Do you offer in-store pickup, and curbside pickup?
Yes we do! Select Pick Up from the checkout options and make your payment online. If you want to pick up the same day your place the order, please call us at 907-562-3636 to make arrangements. To pay at pickup, place your order online and select “Pay In Store” as your payment option. Large orders for multiple gift packages may require payment prior to us preparing your order. If you prefer curbside pickup, call the store when you arrive and we will be glad to bring your order to your vehicle.
Do you offer local delivery?
Yes, local delivery is available for boxes, wrapped baskets, or bagged grocery items. Choose an Anchorage shipping address, and select Local Delivery as your shipping option. Allow one business day to process a delivery order, then your order will be delivered on our next available delivery date. Delivery outside of Anchorage (Eagle River, Mat-Su Valley, Girdwood) may be seasonally available. Call for more information.
When I order a gift package, will it be in a box or a wrapped basket? Do you make substitutions?
We ship gift packages in an attractive shipping box with festive filler. Gel ice is included to keep perishable products cool and fresh. Wrapped baskets cannot be shipped, but we offer wrapped baskets for In-Pick Up and Local Delivery for an additional charge. We make every effort to fill your order as requested, but occasionally due to limited availability or high demand we reserve the right to substitute an item of equal or greater value. If there is a variation between a gift pack photo and the written list of gift pack items, the written list is more current and accurate.
Can I purchase a gift card or gift certificate?
Yes! Go to the "Gift Packages" page and you will find gift cards for purchase in various amounts. Your gift card will be emailed to the recipient, who can use the gift card to make a purchase on the website or in our Anchorage retail store.
Can I put together my own gift package instead of purchasing one of your standard gift packages?
Yes, you can create your own gift package online from any of our online items. If you visit our store, you also can select from our array of European treats and specialty items. Boxing and handling is included in any order that we ship for you. You can add items to a standard gift package, but there are no substitutions for items in a standard gift package. If you wish to substitute items in a standard gift package, build your own custom package with the items that you wish to include.
I am in Anchorage. Can I pick up gift packages and ship them myself?
You are welcome to ship packages if you would like. We strongly recommend overnight shipping to ensure safe arrival. We cannot guarantee packages that we do not ship, so we will not be able to replace items that spoil or are damaged upon arrival. Also, please keep in mind that we negotiate bulk shipping rates with FedEx and pass our savings on to you. There is a $10 boxing and handling charge for customized gift packages that we do not ship for you.
I am flying out of Anchorage. Can you package items so I can take them with me on a plane?
Yes, we can package your perishable purchases in an insulated sleeve with gel ice and you can put it in your checked luggage. When you come to the store, please talk with our retail staff about your best options depending on your travel plans.
I want to order several gift packages to different recipients. How do I do that?
To order gift packages to multiple recipients online, choose all of the items you wish to send, then select “Ship to Multiple Addresses” in your shopping cart. Multiple gift packages shipped to the same address can be placed as a single order.
I placed my order online. When will my package be delivered? What happens if there is a problem with delivery?
Because our products are perishable, we offer limited ship days. If there is a problem with the delivery, contact us, as we guarantee that packages we ship arrive in good condition. Please see our Shipping Policies

I have my own account with FedEx. Can you ship my packages using my FedEx account?
We process, handle, and guarantee our shipments, so we are not able to use a customer's FedEx account to pay for shipping. If you wish to use your FedEx account, you are welcome to pick up your packages and deliver them to FedEx for shipment.
Where do you ship your products?
We ship to the contiguous United States and most of Alaska. Please see our Shipping Policies

Does the retail store carry items that are not available online?
Our retail store carries a wide array of European chocolates, treats, and snacks as well as baking mixes, pickles, mustards, and a selection of Alaskan-made foods. Many of these are available in-store only. We also offer specialty sausages and smoked salmon options that are not sold online or in Alaskan grocery stores.
Other than your website and retail store, where can I purchase your products?
We distribute our gourmet sausages and smoked seafood products through every major grocery store in Alaska as well as many fine Alaskan restaurants.
