If you are flying out, we can prepare your package for travel. Beautifully wrapped gift baskets are available for in-store pickup and local delivery. Browse through European chocolate, candies, cookies, mustard, baking mixes, jam, syrup, and more, and a variety of Alaskan-Made treats and gifts. Specialty items are available for Christmas, Easter, and other seasonal celebrations. Customers who have spent time overseas often find items in our store that they have not seen in the U.S.

Distinctive Sausages and Seafood

We prepare, smoke, and package all of our gourmet sausages and salmon right here in our Anchorage facility. When you stop by, you may detect the delicious aroma of Alaskan alder smoke coming from our in-house smokehouses.

The store carries our entire line of Wild Alaskan Smoked Salmon and Gourmet Sausages, including products you cannot purchase anywhere else, such as Cheddar Wieners, Jalapeno Cheddar Links, Natural Casing Hunter Sticks, Smoked Salmon Tenders, Smoked Salmon Bellies, and more.
